What to Know...

You must bring your own table, chairs, and canopy (a canopy is not required, but is highly recommended to shade you from the sun).
Please plan to have your booth all set up by 8:30am at the latest. You can arrive as early as 6:30am for set up.
If you need to drive up to your booth location to drop off items, then you must have your vehicle unloaded by 7:15am at the latest. We will be closing off the street (Centennial Parkway) at that time.
If you are able to walk your booth items from the parking lot to your booth location, then you can arrive by 8:00am at the latest.
The event will likely run until about 7pm. You must keep your booth set up until at least 5:00pm. You are okay to take down and leave after 5:00pm so long as you can carry your booth items back to your vehicle. If you need to drive your vehicle up to your booth location for loading, then you will likely have to wait until after 7:00pm.
