Refund Policy
-
A 100% refund is available up until 7/15/2025 for any teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament. A 50% refund is available for teams that withdraw between 7/16/2025 and 7/31/2025. There is no refund available after 7/31/2025.

In the event that JamFest 2025 is cancelled (or if your specific 3v3 division is cancelled) for any reason, refunds will issued soon after the notice of cancellation is sent out.
